Arugula

Arugula from the Piana del Sele is a prized herb with an IGP designation, originating from Campania. Its leaves are 2 to 5 cm wide and 8 to 25 cm long, with narrow and serrated lobes. Cultivated using both advanced and traditional methods, it boasts a distinctive aroma and authentic flavor. It is a unique product cherished both nationally and internationally.

Spinach

Spinach from the Piana del Sele, cultivated with great expertise, is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. With only 31 calories per 100 grams, they are rich in iron, vitamin C, potassium, and calcium. The insoluble fibers promote intestinal health, while the carotenoids protect the eyes and skin. Although not as iron-rich as once thought, they offer numerous health benefits.

Bull's Blood

Bull's Blood, cultivated in the Piana del Sele, is a variety of chard with a taste and texture similar to spinach, perfect for mixed salads. Rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, sodium, iron, and potassium, it promotes proper muscle function. Despite being appreciated in Eastern Europe, it is not well known in Italy. Valerian
