Arugula and walnut cream risotto with stracchino cheese
Ingredients (x2): 170gr Rice, Olive Oil, 3 tablespoons of our Rocket Cream, Salt, Pepper, Vegetable Stock, Stracchino, Parmesan or Grana.
PREPARATION:
Heat a little olive oil, add the rice and let it toast for a few minutes. Pour in the vegetable broth as it dries out and cooks the rice. Salt and pepper to taste. When the rice is cooked, add the rocket cream and the Parmesan. Stir in the stracchino and that's it!
Spaghetti frittata with arugula cream and cherry tomatoes
ingredients (x2): 200gr Spaghetti, 3 Eggs, Olive Oil, 100gr Cherry Tomatoes, 1 Clove of Garlic, 2 tablespoons Rocket Pesto, Salt, Pepper, Parmesan or Grana.
PREPARATION:
Fry a clove of garlic in a pan and add the cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook spaghetti. Once the cherry tomatoes are cooked, mix everything with the rocket pesto. In a bowl beat the eggs with salt, pepper and cheese. Add spaghetti. Heat a well-oiled frying pan and let the omelette cook until golden brown. It will take about 10/15 minutes.
Enjoy hot!

Garlic, Oil, and... Arugula and Walnut Cream
Ingredients: Spaghetti, Garlic, Oil, Rocket and Walnut Cream, Salt, Pepper and Parmesan.
PREPARATION:
Boil the water with the salt we will need to cook the spaghetti.
In a pan, fry the oil with small pieces of garlic.
•Let the pasta cook two minutes less than the cooking time because we will cook it again in the pan together with the garlic and oil.
•As soon as it is ready, add the rocket and walnut cream and sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan.
